IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

Please give us your mobile phone number so that we can contact you in the event of a query.

Please ALWAYS tell us where you want your prescription to be sent in the comments box on the order form.

PRESCRIPTION DESTINATION - Please dont assume that we will know!   If you dont tell us, your prescription may be delayed.

Please be aware that Sainsbury's only collect from us on Monday and Thursday.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE EMAIL PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS
On  Bank Holiday weekends, we will still require 2 working days notice so please take this into consideration when planning ahead.

You can order a repeat prescription, by paper request or on-line. To order on-line click on the link above.

We do not accept repeat prescription requests by telephone.

Please allow at least TWO WORKING DAYS before collecting your prescription. If you would like to collect at a local chemist please give details in the comments box and we will arrange for them to collect it. This system may take slightly longer than two working days so please take that into consideration before making your request.

If you are concerned about where your prescription is in the system and you have requested Pharmacy collection, please check with the Pharmacist first.

Please note that we are a VERY busy Practice and we process hundreds of repeat prescription requests every week.  We try to offer the best service possible, however you can help by ordering in good time, and by allowing us at least two working days (longer if you are collecting from a pharmacy) before you collect your prescription.

Please note that if the website repeat prescription system fails you can send your request by email to rowcroft.scripts@glos.nhs.uk

Because of the volume of work involved we do not have the resources available to acknowledge your email request. Please be assured that if you receive this message:

"Your email has been sent to the surgery” this serves as confirmation that it has been sent to the surgery and that we are processing your request.

An error message will be received if it has not been sent to the surgery:

"Your email has NOT been sent."  In this instance please send your request direct to rowcroft.scripts@glos.nhs.uk
